1. Purpose
The purpose of this Practice Note is to inform the parties of the procedure to be followed to file a document electronically. The Tribunal encourages parties to file all documents electronically by email in order to provide accessible, timely and cost‐effective service for requests for review.
2. Background

The electronic version of a document shall be considered the original submitted to the record. Moreover, the Tribunal will keep an electronic file that includes all the documents received from the parties.
3. Statement
Filing all documents electronically is encouraged unless otherwise specified in the Tribunal’s Rules of the Review Tribunal (Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal).
The documents must be submitted by email to: InfoTribunal@cart‐crac.gc.ca
